“Staff is extremely rude, especially the front desk man with tattoos, when he checked us in didn't provide any information on hotel breakfast hours, pool hours, or any amenities whatsoever, upon checkout another front desk man tried to charge me an extrq $20 for not returning beach towels which we did, when i spoke up he smirked. The only kind people were the security at the front. Overall we felt safe, but the place is pretty run down, we understand it is a country that's healing”

“They wanted to charge us for towel that according to them we had damaged- had a stain We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was never clean , room was not clean, not a hair dryer. Place closed very early for dinner by 6:30 The price they charge is way too much not worth the place. Thank you”
