Overpriced, but decent facilities. The room was generally pretty clean, but I was a bit shocked at some dark material smeared on the bathroom wall near the door...not sure what it was, but I was able to clean it up, myself, fairly easily.

The property is excellent, very clean, and the employees are very professional.
The restaurant needs to train its waitresses. They seemed to be there merely waiting for breakfast to finish and then clean the area. In my opinion, they should be assisting guests, such as cleaning, serving coffee, and attending to any needs. Instead of simply telling guests where to find something like sugar, they should be proactive in providing service.
The elevator needs to be repaired. It is always under maintenance.
The swing pool should not be advertised because it has not been working for a long time. It is constantly 'under maintenance'.

"When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. The staff were pretty good - they didn't come to clean the room ..."
