"Everything is great! especially the front desk Ms Kathrine. The only downside was one of the lift is not functioning leading to a long wait for the lift.
Can see they are putting in efforts to improve the breakfast with teh terik and juicing station. "
"This was my 2nd stay at this great renowned hotel in Johor Bahru. The room was slightly smaller than the previous stay.
Wifi & other basic necessities were abundantly sufficient.
The only room for improvement (RFI):-
1) Please change the pillows to a softer more comfortable one. I had all 4 x hard pillows. Ended up with a stiff neck & shoulder the next morning.
2) please ensure that the toiletries especially soap were topped up slightly a bit more regardless weekday or weekend.
3) Kindly consider allocating some more friendly parking space for motorbike-riding guests to park at the lobby-front."

"Stayed at Legoland Resort as part of a family holiday to the theme park. Was really easy and convenient staying here, particularly for access to the park. Above all, we had excellent service. Always helpful and always met with a smile - both at the hotel and theme park. Really made it a pleasant visit."
