“We stayed at the hotel twice either side of a short trek to Kagbeni and Muktinath. Internet, hot water, heating/air-conditioning provision were all very good, as were the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and well-appointed and the bed very comfortable. The food was very good and a good cup off coffee available at the coffee shop which is part of the hotel. The hotel, the main part of which is a traditional Nepalese building, is centrally located in the town.……

“Lots of staff standing around but very few sermed to know what to do or what to say. Very few understood english. Breakfast was below average for typical hotels in Nepal & India. I called front desk to ask about getting a heater for the room and was told "we dont have heaters". Called again an hour later and was told same thing, but that the AC in room can provide heat as well. Staff was sent to provide heat as requested. The view from my room was excellent, even tho i was only on floor……
