"Beautiful view to wake up every morning! We had kids ages 14-4 and there was something to do on the property for everyone. The kids spent all day in the kayaks, on the paddleboard, swimming, and on the play set. Loved every minute!"

"Beautifully renovated cabin, clean and well-appointed. The, I think recently added, air conditioning unit was a life saver. It was nice to be able to sit on the patio or by the river and relax in the country setting. Also, it's close enough to Charlevoix, Petoskey, and even Traverse City for day trips. Larry was helpful with recommendations in the area and for any questions we had. "

"Overall we had a great experience the house was very clean (did find a random slipper under our bed from previous guest) kitchen was stocked great lots of cleaning products dishes food storage. The Barage/ game room was great everyone enjoyed the space the extra fridge was key for our group as we ate and spent 75 percent of our time at the house. The dock area was great but should be aware if you rent a boat it it moored away from the dock so someone had to paddle back in from the lake. Overall great experience we have rented several vrbo/Airbnb properties and this is one of the best. I did text the owner with two issues but did not receive a response nothing that caused a big deal Thanks for hosting our family"

"A family gathering with folks from Germany, California, Michigan and even Ohio! From 7 to 90 all had a ball, Cavalier to Husky, we all had a wonderful stay, even if we couldn't get Grandma to try a kayak or paddle board."
