“Very good place for going to Cape Reinga and located at town. Peaceful and quiet even it’s next to the highway road. Stuffs are very nice and good services.”

“This is a really beautiful place and the room was enormous and the layout was so in keeping with the heritage level of the building. There was a tea set for tea or coffee, a king sized bed, a sofa for relaxing and a bath. Total luxury!”

“Beautiful spot by the river with river walk and kayaks for hire - we stayed in pet friendly cabin with bunks for 5, fridge and good supply of crockery but lots of other camping options including lovely glam tents with private balconies overlooking the river - cool communal dining area with pizza oven and trays of pizza making - staff very helpful and allowed early check-in”

“Quiet and relaxing in a area within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We are frequent visitors to Paihia so will stay again next time we visit. The only comment i would make is the TV reception wasn’t great and no SKY TV. But this hardly spoils your enjoyment. Great Place!”

Super nice hosts, easy walk to the historic part of town, good wifi/tv, large, comfortable bed, wonderfully dark and quiet at night, easy parking. Gorgeous communal space - would be super if travelling or meeting with a group.”
