"Such an amazing place to stay. Beautiful property right on a beach that is perfect for swimming. I stayed in a room which faced the ocean. Very private and quiet at night. The host prepared breakfast for me in the morning which was delicious including fresh fruits and homemade juice. The room was extremely clean. I would recommend this to anyone wishing for a clean and relaxing place to stay near Beruwala."

"The staff were wonderful and much more helpful and friendly than the management. The room was wonderful and the food was good. It is further from the beach than other reviewers indicate but they have a very inexpensive tuk tuk service available. "We had a great 4 night stay at Ahu Bay. It was nice that Nilanga messaged ahead to discuss arrival time. Having a room right on the beach was a real treat and the private pool was kept spotless by the team. The team couldn’t do more for us during our stay, making adjustments to cocktails to suit ours tastes. We ate at hotel twice and both times really enjoyed the dishes we tried, it’s clear there’s a talented chef in the kitchen! "
