“Loved having a balcony. The room was clean but no AC. It was difficult to check in. The webpage said check in till 10;00 pm. We were there at 7:30 p.m and couldn't find anyone to check us in our room. Tried to call the number listed but it was for the empty front desk. Was unable to call the emergency number. “Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber das Zimmer hat sehr über gerochen, der komplette Teppich war absolut dreckig mit vielen kleinen und einem extrem großen Fleck. Der Mülleimer war kaputt genau wie die Tür zum Pool. Am Pool lagen mehrere Schirme auf dem Boden rum. Allgemein war das kein 4 Sterne Feeling. Ich war sehr unangenehm berührt von dem Aufenthalt und hätte erwartet, dass man mir zumindest das Wasser als Entschädigung entlässt. Auch das ist nicht passiert.”

“There were lots of stairs to get to our place, but the apartment was excellent. The AC worked great. The views were lovely and it was just a great spot for us! If you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The stairwell getting to the apartment was a bit smokey and the residents would stack their garbage in the walkway, but once inside the apartment, it was spacious and did not smell of smoke.
