The house has 2 central controls one downstairs near the kitchen and other upstairs need to be the same temperature.
Please ensure all doors are close and the house is kept clean because Georgia critters are real they will move in. Please do not eat in bedrooms.
Garabage bin is to be placed in front of the house by 6am Friday or it can be placed the night before.
