We absolutely loved this property. Its so beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful onsen like bath. Only downside is bathing at night, because its open air, there was many many critters that came out.

Customer service was top-notch. Every detail felt personalised. The Japanese dinner served at the hotel was one of the best hotel dinners. The shuttle bus service made travelling to and fro the hotel convenient.

We were warmly welcomed to Manseirou after 4 days of hiking the Kumano Kodō. The hotel was clean and peaceful and the onsen was perfect for soaking away the soreness from the hike. We had an excellent breakfast at the hotel and a nice view of the harbor.
