It is fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 guests. The beds have comfortable quality mattresses and there is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. It is surrounded with small beaches and the nearest on is 80m from the front door. The space The villa is comprised of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests with comfort. The outdoor areas are large and well furnished. All the spaces are bathed in plenty of natural light, and the house is well ventilated with lots of windows. In the ground floor there is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, one bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, the outside private dining area with BBQ and the shared swimming pool. The Villa is accessible directly from the main road connecting Koundouros with the port of Kea. Guest interaction Service cleaning and change of linen sheets once per week and pool cleaning and servicing 2 times per week. During your stay I will be available to assist in anything you may need Other things to note The swimming pool is shared with the attached villa which is also available for rent. Each Villa has private outside seating area, dining area and BBQ they only share the swimming pool and the garage The neighborhood Overview The villa is located at the beautiful island of Kea (Tzia), at Koundouros area at the south west coast of the island. It is located in front of blue waters and as it is built 20m above the sea level you can enjoy view of the golf and spectacular sunsets of cape Sounio. Koundouros area is well protected from strong north winds “meltemia” so the sea waters are calm during the summer period. The closest beach is 80m from the house and there are two more beaches (Frea and Lygia) in a walking distance. There is one organized beach 600m away with water sports and beach bar.
