“Brian is helpful and easy to communicate with. Easy check in and check out. 100% recommend for nice, clean place close to downtown. Stayed for 4 nights with my spouse and pup for a show at the Wilson Center. The house is located in an area where the houses are close and neighbors to the left were a little rowdy (not late into the night thankfully) but that is all expected in the City! A little surprised noone else had mentioned it in their reviews...it is something I would want to know. The……

“It was perfect size for our family . Was not in a "fancy" part of downtown but we felt safe and it was an easy 20 min or so walk to the downtown waterfront area and a 5 minute drive to wedding venue which is why we were there. Overall enjoyed our stay there. Margaret was very helpful and prompt with her replies! ”

“Great little apartment. Steve very quick to respond to request such as space heater. It was delivered by Hunter who was friendly and professional. Loved tv in bedroom and stocked coffee for coffee maker. My mom would have liked to have a regular chair to get dressed on in bedroom as bed is high but very comfortable. Stairs a little tricky but my 87 yr old mom made it up them. Great stay overall, hence the rating.”
