Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious two-level, two-bedroom retreat is perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

Enjoy restful nights in two well-appointed bedrooms, featuring cozy queen size beds and ample storage. Master bedroom is on the first floor and the 2nd bedroom is on the 2nd floor with its own den and private bathroom perfect for couples who want to travel together but also want a little privacy. The open concept living area offers plenty of space to relax and unwind, complete with comfortable seating and natural light. After a wonderful day at the beach or exploring the Maine coast, cook up a delicious meal in the modern kitchen, equipped with everything you need for meal preparation, including appliances, cookware, and utensils.
Step outside to your own private patio, where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening meals al fresco. Fire up the grill for a delightful barbecue, perfect for enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.

So much to do and explore! Kennebunk/Kennebunkport only 15 minutes away with plenty of shopping, local antique shops and wonderful local restaurants. If you like day trips you will find beaches only 15 minutes away as well as Whale watches, Lobster boat tours, Old Orchard Beach, York Wild Kingdom and water parks, something for everyone of all ages.

We loved this community, and especially this cottage! The location was great, at the end of a quiet street with a beautiful view out the back windows. Easy drive to the beaches and store, and a quick walk to the community pool.

We loved every minute of our stay. We travel every summer and this would be our number one place to come back to. Maybe even longer next year. Only thing we would change would be the living room chairs, they are very uncomfortable. We mostly watched TV upstairs in the recliners. This would not stop us from staying there again.
