We stayed here after dropping our son off at college on our way home. The hotel was clean and the room was great! The ice machine worked great as well! The price is certainly great! We will surely stay here again!

Excellent staff, most economical prices in a 60 mile radius. Reasonably clean. Only concern was the smell of well water used. The trade off is between this and paying minimum double for a room just for water. I chose the former. I’d stay here again just for the courteous staff.

This facility is more geared toward people that are there to stay for work. It was fine for a quick overnight stay but there were men loitering and cooking in the parking lot both nights we stayed and very noisy in the morning. Not to wake us and went on for some time. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and the young man at the desk was pleasant.

Room was clean and comfortable. Grab and go breakfast was okay for what it was. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room not what I reserved, but worked for a one night stay while traveling and price was remarkably reasonable.

This hotel is perfect for a night's rest and then moving on. The premises are clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a no frills hotel but what is on offer is perfectly fine and comes at a very reasonable price. Apparently pets are allowed but they need to remain in their cages.

Daily price of $65. Pros: Guest services are very friendly, pleasant,and accommodating. Bed, night stand, lamp, TV, satellite box, small refrigerator, sink, hair dryer, toilet, and tub. They have washer and dryers on site that take quarters I believe. Extra blanket in room in case you get cold. Newer temp control units and split systems in the room. Cons: No iron or ironing board on premises. Water is beyond disgusting. Bring bottled water to drink and brush your teeth. Water pressure is good, but you'll smell like sewage afterward, and feel a film that won't come off until a cleaning off in a better water system. This isn't their fault, but the location's well water. No difference between hardness of mattress and floor. Walls allow you to hear everything happening in every room around you.

YIKES. Black mold and rust all over the bathroom ceiling and in the AC vents. Given the way the ceiling looked, I can't imagine the whole place not being infested with mold. The sink and shower water smelled VERY strongly of sulfur (rotten egg/fart smell) and I smelled awful after a quick shower. Whenever we washed our hands, the room would stink. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower upon arrival. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the fridge was big. It was a rough stay. Expedia said they gave me a $25 credit (that has yet to show up) due to the mold after about an hour of back and forth with customer support.

This is decent for the cost. The only shortcomings was there is no elevator. So if you don’t have heavy luggage this absolutely good choice.

It was surprisingly....ok. Always a bit nervous to get a cheap hotel but it was, clean and the beds were comfortable and the establishment well maintained. If you're looking to save money this is a great option that doesn't give you the creeps.

Beds were rock hard, pillows need to be replaced. Hard water stink ..... And the hot tub had no plug. Did we get what we paid for? Yep. Only in Kentland. We'll never stay there again

Staff was very nice and friendly when we arrived, not so much when we turned our keys in when we left. Floor in room wasn't the cleanest but nothing huge or major just a little dirt that was dragged in.
