Great location and amenities!

Great condo with all the comforts of home. Pool was wonderful and just a few steps away from the beach. Would highly recommend staying here to others and I would definitely stay there again!

A piece of heaven

This condo was perfect for us. It was quite,clean and safe. We loved the beach area and how well maintained it was. Lots of good restaurants close by. Also like that we could walk to Sunset Beach to enjoy the sunset at night.

Keys trip

Best Vaca

We stayed there with our 14 an 16 year old kids and my husband and I. Perfect size condo, very clean and well equipped. Owners are super nice and great to work with. Location is perfect and beach was nice. Views are AMAZING and we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this property, nothing bad to say!

Dunne condo

We had a great time staying here. The condo has everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and room to spread out the beach was perfect and raked daily. Sone much to do in close proximity to the condo weather to boat,eat , shop, snorkel and even a gym. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to marathon. We loved our stay at this condo. It was cozy and super clean! It was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. The owners are very friendly and helpful! We loved that the pool was close and as well as the beach. The sand on the beach was powdery and sooo soft! We loved the park for sunsets! The condo was quiet and relaxing at night. We are looking forward to staying at this condo again!

Excellent property! Five stars all the way!

We stayed in this property with our children. The unit was extremely clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, and was in a great location (ocean view and right at the pool). Our communication with the owners was responded to immediately. This is perhaps the best rental in which we have ever stayed. The Florida Keys are so beautiful and Key Colony Beach is second to none. A really safe and quiet, family friendly town and location. We would definitely return to this property.

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked. The master bedroom is just stunning. Balcony- so many lovely evenings watching the stars, ocean, palms and in the morning meeting the sunrise. This is our third time staying at Sea Isle and as usual the property is well maintained, the beach is groomed daily. The outdoors grill right by the ocean is wonderful. We were also able to snorkel right off the property and saw many topical fishes! The property owner is easy to work with, very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return soon.

Beautifully decorated condo

I felt like I was at home ,when I walked in everything was beautifully decorated the fans in all the main rooms the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Very well maintained ,king bedroom is warmer and has balcony, than queen bedroom. Queen bedroom closet has beach chairs umbrella, hall closet has beach towels. It is on the second floor and pool is just down the steps. Very well maintained grounds beach is nice, have two grills and covered pavilion. Sunset beach park is 300 ft or so and has lovely tables and walkway out to take pictures. Restaurants close and shopping. You can snorkel right off the beach and fish. Very quiet building.

Beautiful spot.

This condo was the perfect size and location for our family of four. It is much larger than it seemed via online photos. We loved having quick access to both the ocean and the pool. If there is one negative thing about this stay...it’s that the pay laundry is not in unit, but a short onsite walk. The condo is clean as are the grounds. We are long term returning vacationers to Key Colony/Marathon for about 11 years and absolutely love it there. Our boys 13 & 15 have never once complained about going here, but they also love to fish, golf, swim and love all the abundant tropical critters. Thank you for sharing your little bit of paradise with our grateful family.

Great Family Vacation in Key Colony Beach!!!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was well appointed and in a great location and most importantly....CLEAN! We traveled with two teenage girls and we found the beach and pool to be really nice. Additionally, we all played shuffleboard and chatted with the locals. The location is super nice because it is only 1 hour to Key West (we took the plane to Ft. Jefferson/Dry Tortugas SO FUN) and a quick drive to Islamorada and the tourist attractions in Marathon. The owner's had everything you could need at the condo and the beds were comfortable. This was our first time renting a condo. We have traveled extensively and the first time all of our family agreed that we would come back to the same place for another vacation. This is really saying something as we have been all over the world on beach vacations. Thanks to the owners for sharing their piece of paradise with us!

Great week in paradise!!

We just returned from a fabulous week in Key Colony Beach. The area is beautiful, safe, and convenient to Islamorada all the way down to Key West. The condo is very nice and well appointed, it is exactly as you see in the pictures. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of four. The location is excellent with many restaurants a short car ride away. The pool was nice. The beach is a relaxing place to sit and listen to the waves, but the water was murky and the seaweed does not make it a great place to swim. I enjoyed having my morning coffee out there daily as the sun was coming up. Dealing with the rental agent was easy and she was helpful both on the phone and on the property when I had questions or wanted a recommendation for dinner - and we received our security deposit back very quickly. We visited so many great places while there including 2 state parks, Key West, Sombrero beach, and took a couple of fishing charters. Will definitely return to the area!!!!!

Excellent Condo and Ideal location for Keys

Our stay at your condo Unit 19 at Sea Isle Condominiums was great. My wife, daughter, and I were very pleased with how well the condo, complex, and maintenance staff was so nice and willing to help. The place was “Disney” clean. Our stay was the week before Christmas and the condo had very cute Christmas decorations throughout the condo. Very thoughtful by the Dunn’s. The booking process was easy and the value was great Kristen Koutros, Property Manager at the Sea Isle Condos, was excellent about commutating the process and quick to respond to our email questions. We recommend Sunset Park for a close wonderful view at sunset & Sparky’s Landing for food. Both are at Key Colony Beach. The Dolphin Research Center and The Turtle Hospital are very close and very interesting for all ages. Day trips to Key West & Key Largo are easy from this central location. Beach Paradise in The Keys

This place is fabulous!! The condo is perfectly located in Marathon. We traveled up and down The Keys and it only took us about an hour to get to the north part and south part of the Keys. You are about 8 minutes from Publix and Winn Dixie along with other restaurants, ice cream places, and bakeries. They had everything you needed in this condo. We were traveling in from Nashville and they had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler, which made our experience even more fun. The beach is great. It is hard to find beach in the Keys but his place was perfect, the water was beautiful just like the pictures. We loved this condo because it was extremely private and you felt like you had the whole beach to yourself. You did not have to fight for a lawn chair like most beach places. It seriously was the best! They even had aloe if you got sunburnt. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would give this a four and a half stars if possible. The only reason I am giving it a four star is that you could only put the air condition up to 72 and the air was not working in the master bathroom which made it difficult for our room to stay cool. We had a hard time staying cool because it is extremely hot in The Keys and we would have liked to come into a cooler condo. Other than that I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Great summer vacation

We loved our time at Sea Isle in Key Colony Beach. The condo is well equipped and was comfortable for our family of 4. They have all kinds of stuff for a beach day - chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen has all of what you need to cook meals. Was nice to have a couple spices to work with before hitting the grocery store. The beach is nice - during our 2 weeks in June/July, there was a lot of sargassum but there were areas of the water that were still swimmable with the rocks walls partially protecting. The condo property provides lots of chairs and umbrellas for the grass area. We loved the quietness of KCB and made good use of the 3-par golf course and pickle ball courts. Definitely recommend Sea Isle!

Great Family Rental!

My family of 4 stayed for spring break (March 2025). This location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do. Close to the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, kayaking & snorkeling, and only an hour and a half from Key West (easy day trip). The pool and beach are only steps away, and neither one was ever overly busy. We enjoyed them both every day of our stay! The property and condo was clean and well maintained. We had no problems with check in and communication was always timely. The community of Key Colony Beach is very safe and walkable/bikeable. There’s even a community sunset celebration every evening just a short walk away at Sunset Beach. All in all, our family had a wonderful experience and we all said we would return again!

Excellence in Marathon

Our first time in the Keys. The weather was disappointing but our stay was great. Any and everything you could hope for was available in the condo. Nice powdered sugar beach and a pool too. Could not ask for anything more. Some great restaurants and local watering holes for happy hour. We will definitely return.
