“The King Solomon did the job for our four day visit to Tiberias. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel has seen better days. A good deal for the price we paid. ”
“The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs.
There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition.
The light in toilet was not on.
Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access.
It is not worth the money.”
“Beautiful space, very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between .
Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around.……
“This is a gem. Sip your coffee on the deck while watching dawn break over the Sea of Galilee. Very well appointed by the owner who is a world traveler. I will return. ”
“The property was fantastic. Rooms are big, we had two adults and two kids and we had room for more people. The management was nice and told us about local events and places to see. ”
“Villa Europa 1917 offered me the best B&B experience, beautiful location, cozy room, helpful staff, and exceptional breakfast. If return to Tiberias, that will be the only choice.”
