We went to dinner and came back to our room and open the door and was greeted to a AWFUL sewage smell. We went into the bathroom and our sink had stuff coming out of the faucet and coming up from the drain. The room had a sewage block. This happened on Friday night. I attempted to call using the room phone, I was on hold, when they would answer they couldn’t hear me so they hung up! Never even attempted to call back. I then called on my personal phone and had the front desk brush me off the phone stating they will send an engineer. An hour later an engineer showed up. The engineer went to the sink, started using a plunger, and even he covered his mouth. He told us to go to the front desk and move room. We finally got a room at 10PM now we are in our room and they are having a water issue throughout the hotel. The resolution they gave me was removing our resort fee? $25? I am now on hold with the hotel which has been 10 minutes already. AWFUL HOTEL
