“The staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the decor stunning. The food was delicious and a very large and comfortable bed with a nice patio area attached to our ground floor room. We had a great overnight stay but do bring a dog friendly attitude if you sleep in a lodge type room and be aware of roadside location. That said, it was great value for money with a luxurious feel and we would highly recommend and hope to stay again. Good central location too. Well done the whole team!!……

“We had a great one night stay. The room was clean, very modern and with high quality finish. Our daughter loved the high sleeper bed which was very safe. Convenient location for Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey. Plenty of parking onsite. We had a great dinner in the pub and our breakfast was delicious too. Friendly staff, would definitely stay again. ”

“Great location. Room with views over valley below. Large spacious room. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Nicki great host. Excellent and plenty off road parking. Shower tray found slippery which made it awkward stepping into out of shower. Non slip mat would help. Large professional taken photos of area on wall in dining room for sale. Tempted. Many good pubs etc in easy driving distance with one top of driveway next to guest house. Overall highly recommended and without hesitation would……

“Great hotel with a great beer garden Did not really understand the ' Brown Doors" closing at 11pm but it did not effect us. Nice breakfast. Buffet but very fresh”

“This is simple b and b accommodation but importantly it’s comfortable clean with good in room facilities and welcoming helpful staff. Value for money is tremendous and the pub restaurant is much the same. Great stopover on the way back to Scotland. Will be staying again!”

“Had a lovely time, rooms large and airy - bed really comfortable had a good nights sleep. Bathroom ok looking tired and there was more condensation from the ceiling than the shower. Staff lovely and helpful/ overall I would recommend staying again ”

“Following three failed attempts to check in on arrival due to an unmanned desk, the rest of the stay was excellent, mostly down to the wonderful Sunny whom ensured our stay was comfortable and with plenty of supplies due to the weather conditions. The only downside was a faulty light in our room which constantly flashed on and off during the night which disturbed our sleep a little. We reported it twice, hoping for repair or a change of room but it was a weekend so no maintenance was available……
