Broken TV and no wi-fi and located in an area of town that’s on a busy ring road in a building being stripped of Grenfell style cladding. Not a great place to spend even one night.
Very friendly staff professional and helpful, very clean place, only 1 disappointment was when i went to pay the amount I was due to pay on my booking i was charged more ! Over than that couldn't fault it. Great choice of food and breakfast choices.
Budget everything except the price. Although clean, it was very very basic despite being £100 per night. Just two flat pancake pillows, asked at reception for two more which never came unfortunately. Cheaper parking nearby than in town and approx a 20 min walk to Leeds Trinity however be aware it’s over a bridge/flyover which is not recommended to walk over at night
Where do i begin.
Other than the staff treating you like an inconvenience, when arriving back to the hotel after a meal out the 1 security men rudely demanded our room number... absolutely no matters without saying please or thank you. 1 cans of redbull and a bottle of water from the hotel bar cost £12.. are you kidding! The hotel was a building site and we got no warning about this. And to.top it off 11 cars got broken into in the car park opposite including ours.
What an incredible experience for a stupidly high cost
Everything was acceptable except for the unbelievable drilling from 8:45 am till 5pm
Couldn't sleep in or even speak in the room. Luckily we were there for 1 night only.
