Parking opposite hotel was convenient and felt safe. Very friendly parking staff. Able to take car in and out of parking once allocated slot. Easy check in and out. Clean room and en-suite. If being super picky I would grumble that there was only water in mini bar and no complimentary snacks (although I was offered a cookie at check-in which I found a bit confusing). No menu for drinks could be found. Good to see decaf options in room. Overall an extremely easy stay. I was female travelling alone and felt very safe.

The hotel is in a pretty location next to the canal, with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Also the hotel has two lovely bars and restaurants, the Sky Lounge and The Lock. I enjoyed visiting both.

My hotel of choice in Leeds, I've been going to the Double Tree in Leeds for the past several years. This visit, the guest room had been nicely refurbed, the bedding was excellent, great toiletries but most notable was the outstanding customer service from all staff. This was next level quality and we were extremely impressed. Well done to staff and management for becoming even better.
