“A lovely stay in the penthouse with young children over a three night stay. Very effective communication and a remote replacement sorted for the main lounge tv within an hour, extremely pleased with the way the hosts were accommodating. Only downfall was the lift not working. ”

“Massive lack of staff support, no one answers the “24/7” helpdesk line, had no response by email as i was not provided with any access information or room number. Arrived at the location with no idea on how to enter, ended up staying in a nearby hotel due to having no access and no response from the host. Extremely unprofessional and careless form the host James.”

“The apartment was super clean and convenient to get to. Everything you need is within walking distance. The only minor issue we had was with the shower cause the shower sliding door wouldn’t “lock” and it kept sliding itself open. The apartment is located right next to a few clubs so it can get a bit loud during the weekends.”
