“The apartment was great! It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic! They made check-in very easy for us. Beware! The area around the apartment is rough. Lots of disruptions and loud parties all through the night. Didnt feel safe going out at night. Not an area for families with young kids. We had 3 adultish children and it was still rough.”

“As other reviewers state, the windows barely open and it can get hot in the unit. The bed was comfortable, and there was enough space/seating for us. It is 2 blocks from the Kings Theatre, and 1 block from sauchiehall St. - very convenient The bathroom had a heated drying rack - very nice Coordinating the entry into the building and unit wasn't straightforward, so that is the reduced "Communication" rating. “The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. Luckily I washed by hair the day we travelled and its just about ok 3 days later. Would have took mine if known but itinery specified one.”

“We had a great stay at our flat. It was good for a family and hotel alternative. The bathroom tap did not work for half our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wash and brush in the bathtub or kitchen, but communication was fantastic and Graham was doing his best to fix it, which he did. When I asked for extra towels they were delivered promptly. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend. Thank you!”
