We were very pleased with our hotel. The staff were helpful, the room was clean and great, they stored our luggage and the location was perfect. It was great value for price and I would happily stay again and recommend.

Close to train line coming in or out of town. Close to car rental area and shopping streets. Good central location and decently close to subway and walking trail along the river. Good value for amenities. Interesting rooms. Fun bowling, bar, etc. space on the top floor.

This is a lovely property in the west end - quiet street large rooms - lots of old world charms with stain glass windows and dark leather couches- the place is filled with slow moving we’re rich folks on vacation many with all their well trained pure breed doggies. There’s really only one restaurant bar near by 1051 GWR - 5 minute walk - other than that you’re a 15 plus minute walk or a cab ride to other options. I would avoid the breakfast in the hotel - absurdly over priced - I made that mistake and paid 130 USD for my wife and I for 2 breakfasts -l pub is equally expensive. Room was nice bed comfortable and staff was mostly helpful but a bit too formal for my taste.

Dakota was a great central location easily navigable between all the main areas of Glasgow. Everything was conveniently located. Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating and helpful.

I would use again if in Glasgow, very new and clean.
