Di'd not know that a security deposit was also charged when you checked in. The hotel also told us that there was laundry facility on site which we need as there was a group of us travelling on atv's and side by sides. When we got there it was not operational. Only one person to check in people. When I said there should be more as to help him out he said it's a small town and no help available to hire.

The service was great, very helpful. Well worth the money.
