“Le personnel de la Treizième est serviable mais l’hôtel n’est pas compétitif: les anciens téléviseurs qui ne fonctionnent pas, l’électricité qui fonctionne avec l’eau est un casse tête. J’ai passé 10 jours à l’hôtel sans que la télévision ne soit allumée. Trop de moustiques et la logistique de l’hôtel ne prend aucune disposition.
