“Very clean home and the host is very responsive. We had a minor blip at the beginning but it was resolved quickly. The house is very well located and not far from many of the restaurants and activities in the area. We have stayed here 5 or 6 times and have been very satisfied with the location and with Ric, the host.”

“The house was perfect for our needs!!! We loved the movie room and all the space in the 4th bedroom. Would stay here again and recommend to others. The only issue was on the cleaning company; as we arrived at check in time to a dirty house. Property manager/owner was extremely responsive and worked hard to ensure the house was clean within 3 hours. We appreciate everything he did to make the situation right!”
