Modern retreat for up to 10 guests! Get the best of both worlds: a charming mountain vibe combined with a short drive to Neyland Stadium & UT football, the Knoxville Convention Center, and all of Knoxville's urban attractions. This remodeled 2-level home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a living room and kitchen on each level. 20 min to UT & 5 min to Melton Hill Lake.

Hillside Retreat is a one-of-a-kind urban retreat in popular Hardin Valley. Perched on a hill and tucked away on beautifully wooded acreage, you truly feel you're away from it all--but you're not! Everything is close by. Secluded yet convenient.

The upper level has a new, 12x32 deck which is perfect for gathering with friends, family or group getaways. There is also a smaller deck in the back, a porch just outside the lower level living area and a fire pit; so plenty of places to spread out. An outdoor shed houses extra chairs for the fire pit and several outdoor games for your use. High speed 1-Gig internet with fast upload and download speeds is provided. Although internet speed is not guaranteed, see recent speed test photo .
