"We stayed for three nights in Snowy Lodge. Check in was easy, your keys are left in an envelope in the small reception, theres a map on the wall to tell you where to go. Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. "We had a fantastic time with our young toddler. Spacious and well equipped property, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Excellent and well maintained facilities with the highlights being a tennis court and an indoor swimming pool! Beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by fields and countryside. "Beautiful old hotel well situated in the beautiful town of Ludlow Shropshire! Room was clean and staff were welcoming and helpful! Restaurant was lovely with great choices for breakfast and also had a lovely dinner! Parking is secure although can get full quickly! There are other close options for parking! Only other comment I would make that there were a lot of stair to get to my room so may not be suitable for disabled! There is a lift but still quite a few stairs to get to my room! There may be ground floor options for disabled but I didn’t need it so was fine for me! There were even some stairs up to the toilet in the bathroom! All in all a great hotel in a very good location! Would definitely stay again!"

"Very friendly staff and well maintained hotel, the room was clean but a bit noisy. Room 4 was a bit noisy as the kitchen was below and we had to have the windows open, we were only staying the one night so didn’t complain. We had eat in the restaurant on Monday evening and had a very pleasant time good food and a drink outside on the patio."
