When we arrived it was filled with people due to a darts and pool tournament. We were shown to our room (Pig room). It was comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the pub. Food was excellent. It was quite loud in the pub until around 11:30pm. We slept well. In the morning we went down for breakfast (included in the cost of the room). Friendly staff, all the amenities you need in the room, but could do with a lick of paint. Bed slightly uncomfortable and room quite stuffy with no open windows, but manageable. Food was outstanding and breakfast service was fabulous. We are planning to try the sister pubs and return here to eat again.
