The only reason we’re rating it as 4 stars is because we didn’t realize breakfast was not included or that other services were offered by the owners. If you book this place, ask the owner about the other services such as boating and fishing. Overall, great place to stay!"

There are no black out curtains in king bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable couches. Appreciated the kids books and toys."

"The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next."

"We spent a couple of nights (+ an unexpected extra night after a floatplane weather delay) at this property and it worked out well for the 5 of us. The unit was clean, easy to access and was across the street from a lovely cove and within walking distance of a really nice state park. It is just off the main road so there is road noise. And it is outside of the town of Kodiak so we relied on taxis which were easy to arrange but kind of a hassle - I’d rent a car next time. Jessica (prop manager)...
