The customer service there was excellent, and we were able to enjoy all of our excursions through them. We also chose to dine there, as the restaurant at our original resort was closed due to construction. Unfortunately, we noticed some unprofessional behavior from a few members of the construction crew, who were making comments about guests in another language, unaware that I could understand them."
