“The dive operation portion of Buddy's resort was exceptional and the staff are wonderful. The drive-thru pickup is also very convenient. However this is been our second stay at buddy dive and we've asked for a king bed and their idea of a king bed is to push two twin beds together and put a comforter over it so you end up as a couple sleeping in the Great Divide between two mattresses. When I complain this time they put a duvet cover over it which did absolutely nothing. And for the weak air……

“Studio Suite had a great kitchen. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Great mattress, pillows and bedding. Nice casino compared to the other one locafed kn the island. Excellent swimming and snorkeling. Different options to enter the ocean. ”

“My husband and I booked this place and brought along our best friends. We wanted to spend a lot of time scuba diving and this location was great! A little stretch of the legs to shopping and restaurants, owners super responsive to meet our every need, and so personable! Loved our stay just wish we had booked for longer than 2 nights. Next time, we will! ”

“The hotel itself is decent, but the service is extremely disappointing. We had to repeatedly ask reception every day just to get water bottles in our room, and even then, they often didn’t deliver. We also booked a fishing trip through the hotel for $720 USD. We showed up at the marina with our two children and waited, but the boat never arrived. When we followed up, we were told the captain had an accident the day before and couldn’t work. The hotel never informed us in advance, leaving us……

“We recently spent a week at Kas di Alegria. The studio apartment is the perfect size for two and is modern, clean, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing your own meals. We enjoyed having an outdoor freshwater dunk tank to rinse our gear and our own dive locker. The location of the studio apartment is ideal - just a minute or two to the water, less than 5 minutes to the dive shop, and about 5-10 minutes to restaurants downtown.
