The villa features a living/dining room with a kitchen corner and air conditioning, as well as an exit leading to the terrace. One room has a double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm) and a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). The living room comes equipped with a double sofabed (150 cm, length 215 cm), an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only), a kitchen corner, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace. The dining room measures 42 square meters and is furnished with satellite TV and air conditioning.

The villa boasts an open kitchen that is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven.
