"Recently stayed for 4 nights with my family. Location is amazing in the heart of sultanhamet. Rooms were squeaky clean, and staff were always pleasant and courteous. A downside was I had a brick wall outside my window and the walls are not so soundproof, for me it wasnt much of an issue as we spent the whole day out and only came back to sleep and rest. The staff and their customer service really makes up for any shortfalls. A special Thank You to Burhan, amazing customer service skills I felt like I was in a 5* environment from check in to check out, he was extremely attentive and made us feel welcomed. Will definitely stay at carina gold again. "
