There are ocean views from the 6th floor as advertised, but the building is located right across old houses which are in bad shape and vacant lands which are being redeveloped. The view was beautiful. Check in was very different (between 1-4 pm you couldn’t check in). They are charging €10 for parking which is very limited for the amount of apartments they have. When we arrived the only parking spot for check in was taken so my husband had to park a bit further (illegally). ...
