Il est en rez de chaussé sur élevé sur le lac et se compose d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible 2 places, une terrasse, un coin cuisine équipée, une chambre avec un lit deux places, une salle d'eau avec WC indépendant. Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Terrasse vue lac, parking privé, piscine Juillet/Août, résidence sécurisée, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs.Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). Attention : ouverture piscine en Juillet/Aout La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.
