“The hotel is very small (maybe 16 rooms) and right on the old port. You simply cannot beat the location. Check-in was a bit unusual, as the reception was not open for check-in until 3 pm. There is an option for an earlier check-in for a small fee but we arrived right at 3. There is no elevator and the initial stairs up to the reception area are steep. “Lovely location by the old harbour, ideal for a drink on the front although slightly challenging with a car but they do have parking nearby. Room a little small especially the toilet but nice overlooking the pool which is very nicely heated enough to be pleasant to use. A problem with the lovely powerful shower drenching the bathroom floor and out onto the carpet on first day, reported to reception in the morning and said that although we had said no need to clean we needed to change that.
