"This hotel is right behind Mt. Blanc. Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer. My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here. "
"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "
"An ideal hotel for a short break skiing. Staff delightful and friendly and with a very short walk of the ski lifts. Rooms were clean and well stocked and in excellent condition and we particularly liked the power shower.Would highly recommend and will be back in future years.
Thank you for looking after us so well!"

"Great locations for ski in ski out skiing. And highly recommend Skimuim opposite for ski hire. Excellent service. The apartment was great value for money but lacked two easy to remedy things.
A heated towel rail for the lack of towels. One each is not enough when’s swimming pool so constantly damp. Also a tea cloth or oven glove is missing from the inventory. Getting things out the oven with a ski sock isn’t great.
I found the double bed far too hard, but that is personal preference.
Staff lovely.
We stayed last week of ski season and were incredibly lucky with the snow. But majority of cafes and restaurants had shut. Supermarket also very low on stock. So be prepared for a visit to Bourg as 1800 and 1600 even less open.

"Great stay. Room well equipped with everything we needed. Ski in ski out worked well.
We couldn’t get the wifi code to work all week so gave up. We did ask at reception for them to look at it which they did but it still didn’t work.
Pool and hot tub great feature though could have been warmer! And perhaps slightly larger as a bit crowded especially at the end of the day.
Building could have done with a lick of paint in places but general standard was still very high and was very impressed.
Bins, linen and towels changed on multiple occasions. On arrival, the bed and carpet could have been a bit cleaner which let it down slightly.
Floors a bit thin but despite being right next to the main door it wasn’t too loud and slept well.
Shop nearby good pricing given location.
Underground parking very convenient though tight if you have a big car. "
"Stayed in suite with our 18-month twins for the second time. So can compare what was good, what was bad and what has changed in the meantime (but basically the bad points remain year after year)
On the plus side:
Very large, well-designed rooms with stunning view.
Dinner at the restaurant is very good with vegan option (changing every day)
Very nice spa facilities (although the swimming pool could be a bit warmer)
Big credits to the restaurant team
Electrical car charging station in the basement car park.
On the minus side:
Very limited vegan option at breakfast despite telling manager over and over.
The only addition to the buffet was almond milk, which they were very proud about.
Shortage of staff at breakfast. Guests have to clean tables themselves if they want to seat outside
Cleaning standards in the room are way below what you would expect from a hotel that category (for the second year in a row)
Several high chairs for babies at the restaurant but most of them are broken and not safe for children
But the biggest minus is the manager who does not seem to understand (and it’s not because of the language barrier because I’m French) nor seem willing to change/do anything to accommodate guests’ requests.
All things considered that was still a pleasant stay (thanks to the view from the room and the dinner), but we won’t be back for a third time
