Our dedicated mission to environmental responsibility is a testament to this commitment.In a privileged location in Carvoeiro, just 100 metres from the beach and a short distance from various shops and restaurants, the Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment is the perfect refuge for your holiday.The apartment is located on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, with 2 of these rooms furnished with single beds and the other room with a double bed en-suite.The open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa and television and the kitchen equipped with all the essential amenities for culinary enthusiasts make this space cosy and independent. There is also a service bathroom with a shower.The upper terrace offers a sea view, where you can enjoy a fantastic and relaxing late afternoon with a drink. The lower terrace, equipped with a dining table and seating area, is ideal for gathering with friends and family and enjoying delicious meals or leisure moments. Both terraces are common.The Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment is strategically located near Carvoeiro Beach, where a variety of wonderful restaurants and exciting water sports activities are perfect for creating memorable moments. Near the property, you will also find the Carvoeiro Boardwalk for relaxing walks with stunning views.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.From the 7º to the 8º guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

Amazing Spot

Loved our stay! You can’t beat the location, steps from the beach and so close to all the best spots in town. The apartment was super comfy, and the terrace views were just stunning. Perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a day in the sun. Definitely coming back!

Perfect location and lovely sea views

We had a wonderful stay at the Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment. The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the beach and very close to restaurants, cafés, and small shops. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, with three comfortable bedrooms, including one en-suite which was very convenient. The living area was cosy and nicely decorated, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the upper terrace with its lovely sea view, and the lower terrace was great for evening meals with the family. It’s a peaceful spot but still close to everything, which made our stay really relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Carvoeiro

Our holiday at Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 was fantastic. The apartment is in a brilliant location, just 2 minutes from the beach and close to all the best that Carvoeiro has to offer. Inside, everything was clean and comfortable. The open-plan kitchen and living room gave us plenty of space to relax and cook together. The bedrooms were quiet and restful, and having two bathrooms was a big plus for our group. The shared terraces were a highlight. We loved starting the day with coffee upstairs overlooking the sea and finishing it with dinner downstairs on the lower terrace. The area is charming, and the boardwalk nearby offers beautiful views. This apartment was the perfect base for our Algarve holiday.
