In a privileged location in Carvoeiro, just 100 metres from the beach and a short distance from various shops and restaurants, the Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment is the perfect refuge for your holiday.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, with 2 of these rooms furnished with single beds and the other room with a double bed en-suite.
The open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa and television and the kitchen equipped with all essential amenities for culinary enthusiasts make this space cosy and independent. There is also a service bathroom with a shower.
The upper terrace offers a sea view, where you can enjoy a fantastic and relaxing late afternoon with a drink. The lower terrace, equipped with a dining table and seating area, is ideal for gathering with friends and family and enjoying delicious meals or leisure moments. Both terraces are common.
The Carvoeiro By the Sea 2 Apartment is strategically located near Carvoeiro Beach, where a variety of wonderful restaurants and exciting water sports activities are perfect for creating memorable moments. Near the property, you will also find the Carvoeiro Boardwalk for relaxing walks with stunning views.
It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organise transfers if needed.
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.
The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
Group deposit: €175 per person (payment by credit/debit card).
A booking, insurance and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
Prices are for up to 6 people.
The 7th and 8th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
