Location Location Location

Great updated unit just steps from the beach. Restaurants, golf and the beautiful Ritz Carlton resort is walking distance. The location really is perfect!

A great place to stay close to several beaches, trails, restaurants and grocery stores! Kapalua is beautiful!!! Kate’s condo has EVERYTHING you need and more! Great communication!

We have stayed in the Kapalua Bay Villas many times. This might be the best condo ever. Everything was working great, especially the TV’S!

Great Views & Location

This was a work trip but the views of Molokai across the channel are amazing. Location is convenient to beaches and pool. Unit spacious and well appointed. Well laid out. Bed very comfortable. Would stay here again .

Beautiful Villa

This was a very beautiful villa in an upscale neighborhood. The villa was everything we could hope for. View was lovely. Many walking options. Also, in all the Vrbo rentals I have made, this owner was the easiest I have ever worked with.

Excellent stay!

Great communication with the owner. Beautiful updated property with great location. Upgraded kitchen has everything you need. Kids enjoyed a big screen TV. Short walk to one of the best beaches in Maui. Amazing view from the balcony. Nice hiking trails around.

Quick Golf Get-Away

The Photos are an accurate representation of the unit. Perfectly clean and ready when expected. The proximity to golf made it an easy choice, but the layout and access to the beach made it the best choice. We would look for availability and stay here if it was open in the future.

Beautiful Unit and Incredible View

Very clean, modern, functional unit with breathtaking views of the ocean and the island of Moloka'i. My wife and I really appreciated the minutes walking distance to the Kapalua Bay beach and the Napili Bay beach, as well as other nearby restaurants. The host was very helpful and attentive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!!!

Amazing Kapalua property

Everything about this villa was top-notch. Very clean, airy and bright. The view from the small porch is spectacular. Having a washer and dryer on hand was invaluable. It is very calm and peaceful (albeit windy). Unfortunately our stay was cut short by the tragic wildfires nearby, but the property owner could not have been more gracious and responsive while we navigated what was going on. The unit is also very close to pools and tennis, which is a huge bonus. The large tv was impressive as well. We hope to return again, and can only hope this area of Maui recovers quickly from such a devastating incident. Regardless, our stay here was wonderful and we definitely recommend booking this villa!

It was amazing!

This property was immaculate and beautifully decorated with anything we could need on our trip. The view was incredible and we couldn't get enough of watching the view on the patio or in the huge picture window. The location was perfect and right next to the trail path of Kapalua and steps from the most stunning views and a few minute trail to 2 beaches. This condo was incredible and perfect for our needs.

we had the best time at this property! perfect view of the ocean right from the back patio, easy access to a walking path, very clean, and the host was easy to work with. we definitely recommend this to anyone looking for the best spot in kapalua!

Excellent stay

The property was top notch. The location was wonderful, right on the Kapalua trail, great ocean view from the lanai, very clean and updated. Perfect for me, my husband and our 3 kids. A short walk to Kapalua Bay, which is one of our favorite beaches! We loved being away from the hustle and crowds of Kaanapali. The villas is right between The Montage and St. Regis, so a beautiful area! There is a general market close by which has ready to order hot and cold food and also Merrimans, which is a beautiful restaurant. Overall great stay and can’t wait to come back!

From Sunrise to Sunset

Incredible views and location! There are two balconies; one for sunrise and one for sunset. The location is quiet and there is a nearby walking trail. We walked the trail to access Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa Bay, and DT Fleming to snorkel, swim, and relax! At night we were able to cook our meals, relax on the balcony, listen to the palms flow in the wind as we watched the color of the sky transition to night. After the day in the heat, it felt great to return to AC and a large open shower. Would love to return to this location. Kate made booking and reserving this property stress-free and was readily available for any questions we had.

Beautiful updated property in a great location

We had a great experience staying at the beautiful, recently renovated property. All the appliances were new and the condo decorated very nicely. It was in roomy for a 1 bedroom with a spacious bedroom and living room with sleeper sofa. The bathroom was very roomy with double sinks. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bonus was having a patio with dining set, extra seats and beach equipment. Unit is upstairs but very easy to load, unload and access since there's just a flat walkway from the parking lot. Pool was super close across the lot. Beautiful views of the ocean from the back of the condo overlooking a grassy area across from the Montage. Walking distance from multiple beaches through walking trails. Really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners with the nice touches of the decor and amenities. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
