“Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday……

“The Flowers apartments are located in the historic and most charming part of town. Yet they are close to restaurants, bars and ferries, also a 10-15 minute walk to the railway station. The apartment was clean and has everything you need and given it's central location, very quiet. The host Tiziano is not on site, but maintains good communication and the instructions for checking in was good. He is so helpful and answers all your questions promptly. Wound recommend this property.”

“Don’t hesitate to book this property . Just book it! Lovely and clean. Very comfortable beds. Air con really efficient and much needed (30-34 degrees when we were there. Fabulous location on the canal with a patio with fabulous views. Property very near to bus stop(3 min walk) ferry(5min walk), train (15min walk). Guenda, our lovely host was super to communicate with following booking and greeted us on arrival to explain practicalities and offer good advice and was contactable for any queries……

“The owner was very helpful, I asked for a kettle and there was one waiting when we got there. She checked everything was ok , after we had done self checkin and check out. The location is a further out than we expected, we knew it wasn’t near the lake, but there was nothing near by , you definitely need a car … Fridge in room , and a microwave in the hall for everyone to use . It’s above a pizza restaurant , so you can eat there some nights ( wasn’t open Tuesday) but it was over the weekend.……

There’s dedicated parking in the building, with automatic access codes for every gate and entrance. We were very pleasantly surprised! "The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The restaurant atmosphere was highly comfortable, and they have live music every Wednesday night, which was fantastic. Free parking is available, and the entrance to the old town and ancient castle is right next door, making it extremely convenient. I will definitely visit this hotel again!""
