"The location is great. Walkable or easy to get a transport to all of the major tourist attractions and local or high end shopping. Variety of restaurant and coffee shops around the hotel. "
"The staff were so lovely and the hotel had lots of little nice touches that made it a pleasure to stay at. Dogo onsen was next door and the hotel provided towels and yukata to take. The room was quiet and peaceful. I didn’t dine at the hotel but enjoyed the free sake bar and there were lots of options for food nearby. "
"This is not central and is ideal for travelers with a car. The staff was very nice and the rooms were spacious, they are located right on the beach which is nice. "

"Clean room with many extra toiletries provided. Pet friendly is limited. We spoke with someone after making reservation to ask what we needed to bring. My father in law spoke with someone and gave them our name. When we went to check in there wasn’t a room available for dog. They did give us a smoking room with a dog crate on the third floor. They said dogs were only allowed on first floor. We heard another dog on the third floor.
Also we were charged $150 hot springs tax. I don’t see this listed anywhere. And we never had the time to use it."
"Travel.
I was very satisfied. I liked the transportation, the shopping street, and it was right in front of the hotel. It's nice that the airport is close."
