Cozy 375 sq ft eco-friendly studio apartment (combo den, bedroom & kitchen in one open space) is located 1-2 minutes from Lake Junaluska Assembly grounds. Apt is on second floor of original 1940's stone garage adjacent to Lake Life House. Private entrance & private deck with firepit, gas grill & outdoor seating. Breathtaking sunset views of the lake & mountains!

REC CENTER / CLUBHOUSE ACCESS:
- Access to Lake Junaluska pool & rec area for a nominal fee paid directly to Lake Junaluska at pool entrance. Playground, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard & putt-putt golf. Paddle boards, canoes, kayaks & tennis racquets may be rented at Lake Junaluska Rec hut. Water sport amenities available Memorial Day - Labor Day.

We live year-round on the south side of Lake Junaluska and are available if you have questions or need anything during your stay.

- Parking on the street or grass median directly across from the house. If you have multiple vehicles, you may also use the Lake Junaluska overflow parking lot just below the road.

PET POLICY:
- 2 pet limit per reservation - 70 pound weight limit per dog
- $75 non-refundable pet fee
- Rentals exceeding 13 nights, the pet fee is assessed per dog
- Dogs MUST be fully housebroken
- Feeding bowls, mat and poo-bags provided
CLEANING FEE:
-Cleaning Fee $75. For stays of 21 nts or more, a mid-stay cleaning required
