Eden House is a wonderful place to stay . I have stayed at this beautiful home before and each visit has been perfect! It is located not far from major shopping outlets, attractions and restaurants. We definitely plan on making reservations again at the Eden House.

Absolutely loved this cottage
Stayed with my wife and son for two nights at the cottage. Very clean and cozy house that met all our needs. Especially enjoyed spending time in the quaint living room watching Christmas movies. Close proximity to Lancaster for shopping and restaurants. Would like to stay in the summer next time to take advantage of the outdoor facilities. Tina was a gracious host who responded to all requests in a timely manner.

This is our 3rd year staying at the Eden cottage. My husband and I come with 2 dear friends for a weekend getaway to beautiful Lancaster to see a play at Sights and Sounds theater. Tina has a beautiful cozy house that is convenient to all the sights of Lancaster. The house is very clean and cozy. We will be back next year. That you Tina!!

Beautiful and cozy cottage
This is a beautiful cottage, clean, nicely decorated and with all the things you would need being provided. There were five friends staying for a weekend to enjoy the shopping and sights of this beautiful countryside. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch and dining outside on the backyard patio. We hope to come back here each time we travel to the Lititz area.

A stay at Eden House delivered all we had hoped for and more! This was our 4th stay, and can’t wait to return. When you open the door and hear the instrumental music playing softly, and see the fresh bread and jam on counter you feel like you’re home. So inviting and comfy .. just a wonderful place to stay!

Cute and cozy
This house was very nice. I loved the fact that it was all hardwood floors! Super cute. It had a nice backyard for the kids to play. It is close to a busy road but the driveway area in the back is large and the play structure was a wonderful area. Plus the patio and front porch made for lovely places to spend the mornings and evenings. Super clean and the owner was very kind. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute and comfortable. The bread and jam were a sweet surprise and especially enjoyed by our kids! We were able to enjoy a day each in Lancaster, Hershey, and Philadelphia. Would have loved one more day to spend on the patio relaxing, but we enjoyed it while we could. The front porch rockers were perfect for morning coffee. Thank you for a great stay!

We came to Lancaster to see Moses at Sight and Sound Theater and Michael W Smith at The American Music Hall. The Eden House was a perfect location. Also enjoyed the Worship Centre just down the street. The cottage was very clean, landscaped beautifully and everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable! Thank you!

The place was clean and the host provides plenty of linens and towels. The host responds quickly when messaged. I would rate this property a 4.6. The only downfall was that it is closer to the roadway then pictures appear and the beds where not comfortable at all. However, our weekend girls trip as a success!

Lovely Home.
We loved staying at the Eden Guesthouse. From the moment we walked in to soft music playing, homemade bread and jam in the kitchen and the lovely decor we felt welcome and at home. The house is perfectly clean, with comfortable beds and fresh linens and towels. There is nothing about this home that feels like a rental- it feels like a well loved and cared for home. Tina is an exceptional host- answered all inquires immediately and graciously leaves her number to call for any concerns. Would absolutely stay here again!
