“We had a fantastic stay at this location. The condo was spotlessly clean and well-stocked, with an ample supply of towels, kitchen essentials, and a tasteful decor. It’s conveniently located walking distance from the lake and a short drive to the Eddyville marina. Additionally, Dollar General is conveniently situated nearby. One night, we decided to grill out, and it turned out to be a good experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again! ”

“Perfectly situated in a quiet cove off Lake Barkley. We enjoyed our week here it was very peaceful. The home was well equipped with several sitting areas, 2 fridges plus a chest freezer and large couches. The dock was just right for our Sea Doos and the marina was just a few minutes away.”

“Perfect family fun spot to stay. Lucas was very helpful and gave us great advice on where to take the boat. The children loved the little smimmimg spot by our house. The night sky was great for star gazing. Overall great for family fun.”

“I can not say enough about this property and the host. David was very easy and responsive to talk with. He made sure we had everything we needed and knew all the "rules" of the house. We had our family reunion here and everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the venue. It was large enough to house most of our out of town guests and had great amenities. The kids loved the game room and garage for playing in. The house was mostly clean with it being as large as it is I can understand the……

“This place is beautiful! The home, the view...the owners...everything was great! Excellent place to get away. The only downside to staying in a place where it's quiet and peaceful, your drive to town is a good distance. I, for one, don't mind the drive, however keep this in mind when you run into town to pick up a few things. My wife and I were just married and needed this trip and the owners delivered. Thank y'all so much!”

“We love the Kentucky Lake area and this was the best location between Murray, Grand Rivers, and LBL. This home is a new build and has all the updated features. The guys loved the pool table upstairs. We might have used the bedroom upstairs if there was a half bath or full bath upstairs. We enjoyed the sunset over the lake. We did not get to use the pool as advertised. Looked like a new pool is being put in, so maybe in the future we can do that. Overall, a very lovely home, had the basic kitchen……
