"Room was great. Spacious & comfortable. Had a Beckett where you can sit to lounge & also nice table to look out the window. The AC was nice & cold & never shuts off even if you leave the room like most hotels in Laos. Water pressure was great in the shower. The hotel was the nicest holiday inn I've ever stayed in and it's super posh unlike the Holiday Inn's in America. The gym was big with lots of equipment. Infiniti pool was Amazing. Only thing is the water was always freezing cold no matter the time of day. The front desk staff was TOP notch with their service. Everyone spoke English so well which helped. In particular-a young lady named INPENG went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were taken cared of. I had asked for her assistance on finding some items and she went above beyond to make sure those request were filled. She is the true definition of what customer service is "

"Great location in the heart of the city. Plenty of food options nearby and very walkable. Breakfast is both buffet and ala carte options. Very friendly staff. A very nice boutique hotel that I would stay again. "

"A spectucular location with great views from the east bank of the Mekong River of the broad river, boats on it, and the surrounding karst mountains in the near distance beyond. Peaceful and beautifully maintained acres of landscaped gardens. Historic home of former revered Lao Prince. Good AC, wifi, shower or tub bath. Pool was wonderful with very nice chaise lounges and umbrellas but only about 8 of them, not enough if there are many people using it. Very good food options, both western and Southeast Asian. Some issues with food needing to be brough on trays from seperate kitchen, some dishes arrived only warm. Lovely decor. Cable TV is not all that good, less than strong signal, only a few channels in English. Free shuttle service seven times a day into LP city 2.5 miles away. Friendly service, Stephen the operations manager very helpful and speaks good English. Limited English from the friendly staff. Well managed and clean."
