"I was deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality and professional service provided by all the staff, led by Glen. The bed was very comfortable and the entire hotel was clean & well-maintained thoroughly satisfied. There was a small mixup for the Airport pickup, in which Glen quickly set right by providing shuttle service back for our departure flight. The staff assisted us for a tour by contacting the provider even though we didn’t register our tour through the hotel. The staff was very helpful, Glen greeted us every morning for breakfeast and even provided hotel nurse service to my wife when she was stung by jellyfish on our tour. We will definitely come back to your hotel. Thank you very much for making our first Cebu trip memorable. Miller Family Forgot to mention the Breakfast buffet was fabulous Make sure to snorkel in the hotel beach, there is a lot of sea life and the staff will provide you with breadcrumbs to feed the fish as you enjoy your water activities. "Very friendly staff. We were also able to get our room early which was lovely considering we’d been travelling some 20 hours! Room was a very good size and comfortable. Patio was small though (not very wide). But we had view of pool and ocean. Excellent experience. "

"We had a problem with the room, air con and TV not working so we were moved to a lesser room (late at night) The next day I met with the manager who was absolutely lovely and we were upgraded to a suite for the rest of the stay. Room are fairly basic but considering the price I think it's good value. I will say the pool/beach club that you get access to is pretty lousy and expensive but the hotel pool and gym is quite nice and so is the restaurant, staff are great too"

"Condo, had no hand towels, had no towel or soap racks in bathroom the lighting was very poor in the bathroom, the tv could never be turned off nor the volume changed. The property said it was on the beach but was a full kilometer away and you had to pay $350 pesos to use the beach, they required you eat their food and drink their drinks, but ran out of beer and menu items. The beach was roped off so you could only swim out about 200’, not a good experience "

"we will come back again ..my father wasnt feeling good and the staff was so accommodating their was a nurse that checked my dad at the room and on call doctor we were told that a hospital was nearby and the hotel staff could transport him -place is so beautiful ,food is good ,staff is superb "
