“The room was nice, the breakfast was not hot enough, I needed a shower with grab bars for safety the room had a tub shower combo so I didn’t take a shower because I didn’t want to take a chance of injury on my vacation”

“For the price, the room was good. I appreciated the grab bar in the tub/shower, but the tub bottom was a little slick (not real bad). I asked for something to hold curtains closed, and got clips to do so. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. I will choose them again.”

“Really average, not so clean but ok. And I reserved 2 rooms and Hotels.com told me that I had fully paid. But we only have 1 room when we arrived. Until now, Hotels.com didn't give a refund.”
