I liked it because it was close to my family’s home. That’s the main reason we stayed there. There’s a shopping center right next to it in walking distance. We were grossed out with how filthy the room carpets were, and that was in 3 of the 5 rooms we booked. There was also a strong musty smell. I don’t know how old it is, but it definitely needs some TLC.

Good stay

Overall good stay. It was comfortable stay and service was good. The building condition was ok some roof leaks and broken ice machines but nothing that made us uncomfortable. Room was great no issues.

We were able to get a decent nights sleep. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable. You could tell the shower head has never been cleaned and there was a ring around the bathtub.

elevators not working and got a room on the 4th floor. WC didnt work and has water running all night long, called front desk and there is no maintenance staff at night. Unbelievable!

The property is under construction, there is no elevator, rooms are not thoroughly cleaned, and the first room they moved me into reeked of marijuana. They moved me to another room where they smoke detector beeped continuously until the desk clerk was able to find batteries and we were able to replace them. To top it off because they are doing construction to the property. There was no hot water to shower. Service clerks are immune to the complaints and expectations of the customers as they receive complaints on a nonstop basis. It really is a toxic environment.

Lo que no me gusto fue que no respe4taron mi reservación, pedí cuarto con 2 camas, y no me lo pudieron dar porque la TV no funcionaba, me dieron un cuarto con una cama King, el cual estaba en buenas condiciones, pero no era lo solicitado. Amablemente me ofrecieron cambiarnos el cuarto cuando se desocupara uno conb 2 camas y TV, pero reinstalarnos representaba una molestia.
