Beautiful recently renovated home within walking distance to KU and downtown Lawrence. Two bedrooms, full bath, Livingroom, dining room, full kitchen, laundry. Open floor plan allows for cooking, eating and relaxing all in the same space. Smart TV for entertaining. Fully 6 foot fenced backyard with large private deck and outside living space. Outdoor grill and table for your enjoyment. Home is walking distance to grocery store, Kwik Shop, liquor store and hardware store. The house backs up to the Dairy Queen for quick and easy desserts and meals. The home is in a quite family neighborhood in the heart of Lawrence Kansas.

Girl Night

This property was perfect for our girls night out in Lawrence. We were a short Uber from the Breweries, Bars, and Restaurants on Mass. The property was clean and had plenty of room for our short stay. We would stay here again.
